The International Conference on AI-Driven Solutions for Sustainable Smart Cities: Challenges and Opportunities (ADSSSC 2026) focuses on intelligent computational systems that enable inclusive, resilient, and sustainable urban environments across domains such as healthcare, mobility, energy, environment, and infrastructure.

The conference brings together researchers, practitioners, and industry professionals to present cutting-edge research, innovative applications, and cross-disciplinary solutions in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Biomedical, Biotechnology, and Information Sciences.

Author Guidelines

Technical papers describing original, previously unpublished research are invited in all conference tracks. Authors must use the official IEEE conference templates for preparing manuscripts: IEEE Manuscript Templates .

Full papers (maximum 6 pages including references) must be submitted via Microsoft CMT: ADSSSC 2026 CMT Submission . All submissions will undergo peer review based on originality, technical quality, relevance, and clarity.

Paper Selection Process

  1. Step 1 — Received: Submitted papers are assigned an ID and mapped to the appropriate track.
  2. Step 2 — Screening: Initial checks for scope, formatting, plagiarism, and basic quality.
  3. Step 3 — Review: Eligible papers are sent for detailed technical review.
  4. Step 4 — Revision: Authors submit revised versions addressing reviewer comments.
  5. Step 5 — Second Review: Revised papers are re-evaluated for compliance with recommendations.
  6. Step 6 — Decision: Final accept / reject decision is taken by the Organizing Chair based on TPC recommendations.
  7. Step 7 — Camera-Ready: Camera-ready papers are checked and confirmed.
  8. Step 8 — Registration: Registration status is verified for inclusion in the program and proceedings.

Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for possible publication in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, subject to meeting IEEE quality and ethical standards.

Plagiarism and AI Usage Policy

All submissions will be checked for similarity at least twice: at initial screening and before final acceptance. Authors are responsible for ensuring that similarity indices comply with IEEE international conference norms.

Authors may use AI-based tools for language editing and grammar checks; however, AI-generated content that introduces ideas, analyses, or results without human oversight is not permitted. Any use of AI tools must be transparently disclosed within the manuscript, in line with IEEE Publication Ethics and Integrity Policy.

Microsoft CMT Acknowledgement

The Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) is used to manage the submission, review, and decision processes for ADSSSC 2026. The service is provided free of cost by Microsoft, including Azure infrastructure, software development, and support.
