How to Submit the Camera-Ready Paper
Before submitting the camera-ready paper, ensure the similarity index of your manuscript is below 20% using a standard plagiarism-checking tool (e.g., Turnitin, iThenticate). Papers exceeding 20% similarity will not be included in the conference proceedings or submitted to IEEE Xplore®. Note: ADSSSC 2026 conducts plagiarism checks at least twice — at initial screening and before final acceptance.
The camera-ready paper must strictly follow the IEEE conference manuscript template. Download the template from: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Papers that do not conform to the IEEE template will not be forwarded to IEEE Xplore®.
