Comprehensive process for paper submission, review, acceptance, and author registration for IEEE ADSSSC 2026.
Abstracts / full-length papers received will be assigned a paper ID based on conference topic and track.
Initial screening by the Technical Program Committee (TPC) checks topic relevance, plagiarism, paper organization, and quality of visuals.
Papers passing Step 2 proceed to the detailed technical review process.
Authors are notified of the review outcome. Revised manuscripts must be submitted within fifteen days from intimation.
Revised papers are re-evaluated to ensure corrections are implemented. Minor revisions may be recommended to the Organizing Chair.
The Organizing Chair takes the final decision based on reviewers’ and TPC recommendations. Authors are informed accordingly.
Status of the Camera Ready Paper after acceptance will be displayed.
Indicates registration status for accepted papers.
Note: No paper will be accepted without undergoing screening and technical review processes.
* Full-length papers must be submitted for review consideration.
** For queries, contact TPC via adsssc@sahrdaya.ac.in.
*** The TPC of IEEE ADSSSC 2026 will check for plagiarism twice — upon receipt and before acceptance. Authors hold sole responsibility for originality and content.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference to ensure inclusion in the proceedings and IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.
The maximum paper length is six (6) pages, including references. Authors must adhere to the IEEE formatting standards for all submissions.
Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. After logging into the Conference Management System, authors should select the “Create new submission” tab, enter the paper title and abstract, and then upload the paper.
The Technical Program Committee (TPC) of IEEE ADSSSC 2026 will conduct plagiarism checks twice — upon submission and before acceptance. The acceptable similarity index must comply with IEEE international conference standards (typically below 20%, excluding references).
Authors may use AI-based tools such as grammar checkers and language improvement software. However, AI-generated or AI-assisted content that introduces ideas, results, or analysis without human oversight is strictly prohibited. Any AI usage must be properly disclosed in the manuscript.
